The place was amazing for a short stay. Fine breakfast, with brilliant porridge and cereal. A clean beach, nice view.

Nice decoration, well-maintained swimming pool, lovely room. Decent view, a great balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. People were really kind and ready to render a fantastic service. Fantastic base for party. Close enough to Kyoto Station, restaurants, convenience store like lawson too. I visited iroha karuta kyotoekimae near the venue for a few drinks...
